Seven Layer Dip
   
 
3 avocados, mashed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 (28-ounce) can jalapeño refried beans
1 cup chopped green onions
1 (6-ounce) can sliced black olives
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 (12-ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
 
In medium bowl, mix avocados, lemon juice and garlic salt. In separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix. Stir beans and spread in bottom of 12x15-inch serving dish or large platter. Top with avocado mixture. Next, spread on sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with onions, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
Serves 10.
