Cobbler in the Crockpot Cobbler in the Crockpot
Use your favorite pie filling for this QUICK and easy recipe.
 
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine or butter
8 biscuits, baked and crumbled
2 (21-ounce) can favorite fruit pie filling
 
In small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine together. Place 1/2 of biscuits in the bottom of crockpot. Cover with 1 can pie filling. Top with 1/2 sugar mixture. Repeat layers. Cook on high 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 12 to 15. Per serving: 304 calories; 11.0 fat grams
 
Foot note: Crumbled up pound cake can be substituted for the biscuits.
