| Combine flour and seasonings; roll meat in mixture. Put in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream, parsley, and noodles, in order given. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, add sour cream and stir. Cover and cook another 30 minutes. Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley. Serves 4. | |
