  Potato and Carrot Crockpot Venison Roast
 

1 small rolled venison sirloin roast
3 medium onions, whole, halved, sliced or chopped
8 small potatoes, whole, halved, or quartered
2 medium carrots, halved, quartered, or sliced
1 garlic clove, whole, sliced, or chopped
1 3/4 to 2 cups French onion soup
Salt and pepper

 
Place venison roast, onions, potatoes, carrots, and garlic in a crockpot. Pour in soup stock and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set crockpot on fslow and cook 8 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
