	Reading is critical to success in school and in life. During the first years of school, a child’s teacher is teaching reading skills that enable him/her to become a reader. Learning to read takes practice, more practice than a child gets during the school day. It is our goal to ensure that every child has books in their home and parents have the information they need to help their children become good readers.
