About the Book

Eat & Explore Minnesota

Coming soon!
Eat & Explore Minnesota

Project Coordinator, Christy Campbell, is working closely with state tourism agencies, state and local organizations, and local chambers to produce Eat & Explore Minnesota. Your state's "Eat & Explore" Cookbook will be a guide to festivals, fairs, parades, flea markets, farmer's markets, other annual events and unique destinations throughout Minnesota.

We are excited about this fourth edition in the Eat & Explore State Cookbook Series. The first edition is Eat & Explore Arkansas and is already becoming a classic Arkansas cookbook. With 40 years combined experience in publishing state specific cookbooks, Great American Publishers also produces the State Hometown Cookbook Series. This series includes, Georgia Hometown Cookbook, Louisiana Hometown Cookbook, Mississippi Hometown Cookbook, Tennessee Hometown Cookbook and Texas Hometown Cookbook.

Both the State Hometown Cookbook Series and the Eat & Explore State Cookbook Series will cover the United States. All Great American Cookbooks sell to independent and chain bookstores, gift shops, wholesale clubs and more. The books are particularly popular in souvenir shops and tourist locations. They appeal to hometown cooks, natives, visitors and armchair travelers both within their respective states and across the United States.

To participate, call Christy Campbell, Project Coordinator, toll-free at 1.888.854.5954. ccampbell@gapublishers.com
